TM & Associates, Inc. offers construction management services that promote frequent and direct owner input. Client participation is essential from preliminary design through completed construction and occupancy. Our approach to construction management allows for the Client to participate at whatever level of interest the Client deems appropriate, yet still achieve the vision driving the project.
