TM & Associates, Inc., a California corporation, was founded in 2011 to conceptualize, design, entitle, finance, fully develop, and ultimately manage various types of real estate assets. Our firm is based in Roseville, California and is a privately held company. The core strength of TM & Associates, Inc. is in industrial and office development. However, with the broad experience of its President Thomas Manz, along with our experienced and knowledgeable team members, TM & Associates, Inc. has the ability to develop and manage real estate improvements of all types. TM & Associates, Inc. has experience in greenfield development, repositioning of existing real estate assets, and extensive asset management expertise. We offer our clients consultation on project feasibility, project programming, financing assumptions and options, value engineering concepts, and ongoing project construction management to final close-out.
